Heather Christie and her husband Troy Snyder both grew up in rural Berks County - Troy in Fleetwood and Heather in Oley. After college, they left the area to pursue Troy's career as a professional soccer player. He proudly represented the United States in international play on the US National Team, and played for several professional teams throughout the country. Along the way, both Heather and Troy became involved in real estate sales in New York City, Baltimore, MD and for the past seven years, here at home in Berks County.
In 2006 they sold over $9,000,000 worth of residential real estate and were ranked among the top 5% of all Realtors nationwide. In addition to their successful sales track record, they also buy distressed properties, renovate them and then either keep them as rental properties or re-sell them.
Heather and Troy recently joined and became part-owners in the soon-to-be-open new Keller Williams Real Estate office in Wyomissing, PA, for which Troy is also the new Team Leader.
Heather and Troy specialize in representing buyers and sellers in the purchase of existing homes, new construction and land all over Berks County, PA. They employ a full-time Operations Manager, Valerie Mackey, in order to provide top-notch customer service for all their clients. We know what it's like to re-locate - our team has moved across the country, around the corner, across the Atlantic and back!
Heather and Troy reside in Lower Heidelberg Township with their two young children.
